history of yoga
Introduction:yoga is a traditional method, which have been using since the time of sages of hindus, the yoga was created by them, we can say it was particular method which was the used for having good health and mind set, this method is known as a patanjali peeth, in the history of yoga there are many kind of exercise, which is used. the word "yoga" is derived from the Sanskrit root 'yuv' meaning to join' or 'to yoke' or 'to unite'.
yoga is not only a exercise but also way of living a good life. the yoga have some rule as a morning , the yoga provides us psychological power, metal strength and body strength.
benifit of yoga:there are a lots of benefit of yoga, we can keep good health and mind set. if we have problem in our any parts then we can take the training it. with its regular practice, many types of diseases is removed like skin disease,mind problem,eyes problem and internal disease.
the history of yoga is tradition yoga makes our skin glow, remove the stomach problem and give the strength of our body. it feels relax of our body and change the lifestyle and effect the harmonious equilibrium, positive and negative, active and receptive.

there yoga eight type of yoga for example:- vinyasa yoga, ashtana yoga, lyengar yoga, bikram yoga, jivamukti yoga, power yoga, sivananda yoga and yin yoga.
what time is considered benifit for yoga ?
the morning time is most perfect time for yoga, the time between 3 to 5 is said brahma muhurt, whoever does yoga in this time, they are always healthy becouse in this time the level of oxygen is high and 99.99% pure air.
who can do yoga ?
every person should do yoga at this time becouse the protect us pollution and diseases. but who has stomach gas problem and more breathing problem, all of them should stay away from it.
