the hair fall problem is very large problem in present time, Every second man is facing hair fall problem, cause of its many kind as the like live in depression, fast food, tired life, pollution, fluoride water and extra. hair is adorn of our face and look the our life style, such a disease which is very difficult to get rid of, the problem have in girls and boys and no matter of their age, now a days the problem have most in 16-17 years old youth.
The hair loss problem major cause: Now a days youth are adopting many type of chemical-rich oil , shampoo and color the hair, which are available in market and damage of our hair, most of the people and youth like to have eating out, that's why the people face the problem. and another problem is pollution, it is everywhere but we can take precautions from it.
dandruff of in our hair: It is a infection in our hair, dandruff is a major cause of our hair loss, it makes weak of our hair roots, after having this problem it is difficult to get rid of, we have one option see the doctor.
how can we solve from this problem ? :first of all we have to leave having fast food which are in market and ignore all things of market and we have to leave to the using the shampoo and other chemical oil. yoga is much more important for it, we can use soap in our hair.
which yoga exercise is beneficial ? : we can do anulom vilom, sarvangsana, sirsasana, and nail rubbing yogasana.
which oil can we use ? : we can use mustard oil and coconut oil, both are beneficial of our hair.
other solution
- we should take lentils and green vegetable, oatmeal, milk because we get vitamin from them
- we can use onion juice, gooseberry, curd, neem juice for external.
